Actinidia kolomikta (Chinese Gooseberry)
Actinidia kolomikta description: This deciduous climber produces tear shaped green leaves which are tipped with a distinctive splash of pink and white. Flowers are also produced in early summer, these being white and heavily scented. Yellow green fruit are produced in late summer.
Actinidia kolomikta cultivation notes: This fast growing climber prefers a well drained fertile soil. Plant in full sun against a wall that is sheltered from wind. This climber requires support - ideally by tying new growth into a framework as it appears.
