Ligularia cultivation notes: This large herbaceous perennial is grown for its impressive summer foliage and spikes of yellow blossom. Flourishing in a sheltered permanently moist soil in part sun, it requires a deep fertile soil and plenty of summer moisture, being ideal for bog / pond side planting. Stake tall flowers. Propagate by division. Mulch regularly.
