Lupinus The Governor cultivation notes:
The herbaceous Lupin will flourish in all but the poorest well drained soils, requiring full / partial sun and prone to wind damage. Dead head flowers throughout summer for repeat blossom, and divide clumps every 3 years for best effect.

All round tough plant suitable for problem areas; Fruit / berry producing; Tolerates full sun and sandy, drought-prone soils; Tolerates cold exposed locations.
