Robinea pseudoacaia description: This medium sized upright deciduous tree is much valued for its fine golden foliage and clusters of white blossom, which are produced in mid summer. During autumn seed pods ripen and leaves turn a rich orange. beware of evil spines. 15m X 1Om wide.

Robinea pseudoacaia cultivation notes: This hardy tree will cope with all soils as long as they are not waterlogged. For best golden colouring plant in full sun and avoid exposed windswept locations. Prune lateral branches to single leader when establishing.
