Cultivation notes: Shrubby Hydrangeas prefer a humus rich soil which is well drained, ideally in half or full sun. Plant in sheltered locations away from cold winds. Cut weak stems / flower heads in spring. Best planted neutral / acid soils, mulch yearly with compost.
