Knautia macedonica description: This herbaceous perennial suites naturalistic planting in full sun, where it can be planted in drifts among other herbs and grasses. Knautia produces attractive deep pink blossom through out the summer and will attract butterflies, being well suited to wild gardens.

Knautia macedonica cultivation notes: Knuatia will tolerate in any fertile soil that is reasonably well drained, and ideally slightly alkaline, tolerating chalky soils. It prefers full sun for a really good display of summer blossom.
