Stachys candida cultivation notes: Stachys requires a hot dry position in full sun, preferably on a poor quality dry sandy or chalky soils. Soil must be well drained so avoid heavy clays. Avoid mulching and fertilizer. Occasionally weed around and allow space to spread.
