This fern is grown for its attractive tiered fronds which will grow up to 40cm long. Light green fronds are produced from spreading rhizomes. Ideal for planting in shaded sunken gardens, near water or in woodland.

Flourishing in any fertile moist soil, this fern requires planting in a damp cool location in partial to full shade. Do not disturb established plants except when dividing (every 3-5 years) remove dead fronds in early spring.
